Romeo Has Been Homed

Romeo is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, he was born on 2nd April 2015 and is now homed.

He is a medium, affectionate and excitable, black male.

Romeo enjoys his walks, he can get very excited but once the walk has started he will settle down and generally walks nicely, however can be strong if his chase instinct is triggered.  Romeo needs an experienced and physically strong sighthound owner.

He travels well and is always very keen to get into the car.

Romeo could be any only pet or live with a female greyhound in an adult home (or one with older children 12yrs+) and he’d be fine to be left unattended for a few hours.

Romeo responds very well to his handler once he has gained your trust.

This boy loves to play, watch your legs though whilst he is running as he sometimes forgets where he is going! Romeo has asked for plenty of toys in his forever home, especially balls!

He is a very affectionate boy that just loves being around people.  He needs a confident owner who can correct his behaviour when he is excited.

Romeo has met other breeds of dog and currently needs considerably more training and socialisation around smaller breeds, over the coming weeks we will be working with him on this.

No cats or small fluffies please.
