Billy Has Been Homed

Billy

Billy has been homed 4/6/16.

He is a gentle and extremely well behaved boy, who walks beautifully on a lead. He is quietly affectionate, but not pushy or demanding. He is house trained, quiet and non-destructive and he can be left for reasonable periods in the company of other dogs.

Amazingly Billy can still manage to jump into and out of a car, but if you have a high tail gate on your vehicle assistance for both would be recommended.  He travels well and is no bother at all.

Billy loves his walks and is eager to go with you each day although he prefers to plod along at his own pace.

He is very sociable with other dogs large and small and is currently living with a greyhound and a smaller breed too.

Being an older gentleman, albeit one that can still have a mad dash around the garden we would prefer he is not placed with young and boisterous children.  Billy cannot climb stairs or does he go on the furniture, he is quite content on his own bed.

Having had a dental after coming into our care he now only has a few teeth left. This however does not stop him from eating his kibble and meat at all, or softer treats. In fact now the painful teeth are long gone he has regained his appetite and is enjoying meals again.

Billy

Billy was a new arrival as of 17/3/16.
