Meerkat has been homed on the 22/5/16.
She is a short and dainty looking black, spayed bitch who was born on the 26th October 2012.
Meerkat can become very excited around walking time, once out on the walk she soon settles down and is learning to walk nicely on the lead.
She travels very well in a car and is keen to get in for her outings.
Meerkat has met other breeds of dog and at this point she needs significantly more socialisation with small breeds. With daily exposure to assorted breeds of dog we’d expect her to progress much more quickly on the social front.
We feel that Meerkat currently would be better suited to a home with teenage children or an adult only home. She could be an only dog if someone was around for most of the day and/or would be happy to be left with a male companion. Meerkat currently shows no interest in toys however this may change in time. She enjoys her treats and takes them gently from your hand.
She is a fun loving girl who has oodles of character just waiting to come out. This little girl is going to bring lots of enjoyment to one lucky family.
No cats or small fluffies please.
As we get to know her better more information will be made available. Meerkat was a new arrival as of 7/3/16.
