Sam Has Been Homed

Sam 1

Sam was homed on 17/1/15.

He is a very small, initially shy male greyhound who was born in March 2011.

Sam is wary initially of new people, but he seems to settle down soon enough. He is unsure of himself at this stage showing signs of desperately wanting to play, but being a bit to worried to “let himself go”.

He’s excitable on the lead, but not difficult to control being such a little guy.

Sam is disinterested in toys, but he does like his food so this may be a good way to win him over and help him to learn that people really are not that scary.

Sam

He does have fear issues and he can be reactive when worried, so we are looking for an understanding, adult only home for this lad to bring him forward.

We have tested Sam on laminate flooring and he can walk on it without problems. He travels well and is keen to get into a car for his outings. He cannot however manage stairs.

Sam would need to be homed as a companion to another dog/bitch of medium size and above because Sam is more confident with a canine companion to show him the ropes.

No cats please.
