We would like to wish all our volunteers and supporters a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Ice, Ferret, Raggy, Doyle, Vader, Yoda, Sherman, Romeo, Dilly, Billy and Annie would like to say a huge thank you for all the donations that have been arriving at the kennels over the last few weeks. We are all so grateful for the goodies – doggie and human treats included! We hope you all have a lovely Christmas and we look forward to working with you in the New Year, finding forever homes for all the greyhounds that come into our care.
Festive Season Homing Dates:
Due to the excitement of the upcoming seasonal festivities please note that the last homing date for any families with children will be Sunday 3rd December 2017. Normal homing will resume on Sunday 1st January 2018. There may be an adoption or two, for exceptionally quiet homes without children, but each case will be judged purely with the best interest of the dog at the forefront of our minds. Viewings and reservations will still continue through this busy time of year.

A Poem Written By The Boys.
I may be a boy,
I may be larger than my fellow kennel mates,
I may not be perfect,
I may not be blue, white, fawn or brindle,
I know how to lean and give you those big puppy eyes,
I love to please you,
I’m trying my very best,
I can still have fun and lots of it!
I’m being very patient waiting and waiting,
All I want is my own family.
