Worzel is reserved – 23/5/20.
Worzel is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, he arrived with us on the 14th May 2020 and he was born on the 19th of June 2016.
He is a confident, small, very friendly, boy who has oodles of character.
Worzel can get a little anxious in new environments, however once he is in a routine and understands his day he becomes a lot happier. He would much prefer to be with you but understands that his new family have to go out otherwise he won’t get any food if they haven’t been shopping!
This chap loves his outings, travels well and is always very keen to get into the car. He walks nicely on the lead and just needs to learn to walk in a straight line!
Worzel currently is unsure what toys are and shows very little interest in them, this may change in time.
This boy loves his food, he will give you a clean bowl every time! Worzel loves to have a cuddle with his human friends and will lean right into you, sometimes forgetting he is standing up as he is enjoying it so much!
He would be fine as an only pet if his new owners were around for most of the day or as a companion to another dog of any size. Worzel could be homed to a family with children aged over 10 years.
Worzel can also be a little bit dominant initially around male greyhounds – he needs a no nonsense owner who will ensure he learns the correct way to behave, this will also get better once he has been castrated!
He has met one of our small dog friends – Jake and behaved very well with him.
No cats please.
