Nobby and Ruby are the latest arrivals for re-homing and they now have photos and updated descriptions available in the Greyhound Adoption Gallery.
Rosie, Jack (2), Alfie and Charlie have been homed. Delia, Kinder and Purdy are reserved.
APPEALS
Please take a minute to tear the postage stamps off all your letters, then pop them in an envelope and send to the Retired Greyhound Trust at 2nd Floor, Park House, 1-4 Park Terrace, Worcester Park, Surrey KT4 7JZ. Every kilogram of used stamps can be sold to raise funds for the RGT of which Greyhound Lifeline are just one branch. Perhaps you could ask your friends and work colleagues to collect too?

Dog walking helpers are needed urgently on a Friday. Other days that additional walking help would be useful are Monday and Thursday. Walking begins daily at 11am and depending on the number of walkers present can last between one and 2 hours.

Small items (e.g, stocking filler toys, toiletries, unwanted gifts etc ) are needed to re-stock the fundraising tombola stall. A guide value of £2 or less per item is appropriate. Larger/more valuable items would also be gratefully received as future raffle prizes. No food items please.

Physically able volunteers willing to be trained for kennel duty (the clean out, feed and general day to day care of the greyhounds) are also needed on either a long term or casual/standby basis to cover sickness and/or holiday periods.

Boy or Girl highlights the common problem in greyhound rescue and re homing of finding homes for the greyhound males. Perhaps after reading through the page you might give equal consideration to adopting a boy.
