Euro

Euro is in foster care in Southampton, Hampshire, he arrived in our care on the 2nd of March 2026 and he was born on the 12th of September 2020.

This lad is a friendly boy who is going to make a perfect addition to his new family.

He has grown in confidence and has adapted to home living really well.  Let’s find him that home that he really does deserve.

Euro is an inquisitive boy who loves his walk and will take it all in his stride!  He also enjoys giving his human friends lots of kisses.  No dull day with this boy around!

This lad is nearly housetrained, enjoys his nice, comfy bed and can be quite lazy especially about getting up in the mornings!

He understands the rules and routines of the house and follows them well.  As long as he has his toys and a comfy bed, Euro will be putty in your hands! He really is such a sweet boy.

Euro loves his outings, travels well and can jump out of the car, he is still learning how to jump into the vehicle but we are working on this and he is improving each day.   He can walk nicely on a Canny Collar and enjoys saying ‘hello’ to everyone he meets.

This boy enjoys having cuddles with his human friends and will lean right into you, he especially enjoys being brushed!  Euro likes to quietly say hello to new people, will snuggle his way into you and then give you a very large lean, to the point he could fall over if you move!

Euro can be a little aloof when he first meets people and likes to stand aside, taking in all that is going on.  This soon changes and then he will open up and show his true character and how friendly he really is.

This cheeky chappie currently has a bald behind, he enjoys his daily Burts Bee rub, massaging those thighs and promoting that hair to grow back, which it has started too.  I think Euro would like any new owner to continue this, I think he rather enjoys it and of course he smells lovely afterwards too!

Euro enjoys chasing after a thrown toy but is very particular which toys he will pick up and run around with!  He loves squeaky, tennis balls and fluffy toys, if you are missing anything that is fluffy you might find it in Euro’s bed!  This boy really LOVES his squeaky toys and will do anything to find one, even if this means he has to turn his bed upside down and back again to find it!  He really is a funny lad!

This lad would be fine as an only pet or as a companion to a laid back female greyhound in a home with children over the age of 12 years and he’d be fine to be left unattended for a few hours.

Euro has met a range of dogs out on walks and has made great achievement around larger and medium size dogs.  He will listen to his handler and has become a lot calmer when he sees other dogs on his walks.  Euro does need more training around smaller breeds, he currently is unable to say ‘hello’ to them and needs a lot more exposure seeing them from a distance before he will accept them as friends.  With time and consistency Euro will soon learn, he is a keen leaner and wants to please his human friends.

This stunning looking boy would fit into any family household, he enjoys his walks but equally enjoys his bed too!  Euro would just like his own family to call his own.

Euro is such an adorable lad.  Go on give the adoption line a call and find out more about this lovely lad.
