Blitzen Has Been Homed

Blitzen greyhound

Blitzen has been homed.

He is a tall,  leggy and slimly built, castrated blue brindled male who was born in March 2010.

Blitzen has a gentle and loving disposition on the whole, but he is a vocal dog who makes some very strange “talking to you noises” which could be mis-interpreted by anyone unfamiliar with his unique way of communicating.

Blitzen is a very independent chap at times although at other times he’s in need of reassurance. Our understanding of Blitzen is therefore that he’s confused about the world around him and his place in it.

Blitzen has given us no cause for concern around other breeds of dog. He may be suitable as an only pet if someone is around most of the time for companionship and guidance although we feel he’d probably be happiest with a lady canine companion to look to for moral support as well.

Best in a quiet and calm home with adults only or older teenagers.

Blizten travels well in a car without stress, although be can be stubborn about getting in, if you were to let him get away with it.

An experience canine home where  the family are naturals at leadership, calmness, patience and daily training is what we a looking for from the prospective adopter of Blizten.

He’s still got an adolescent’s nature and he therefore needs family support, guidance and understanding to turn him into a well adjusted adult to be proud of.

No cats please.
