Magic Has Been Homed

Magic has been homed – 3.2.21.

Magic is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, he arrived with us on the 4th January 2021 and he was born on the 1st February 2017.

He is a friendly, fun, loving boy that has oodles of character to share with his new owner!

Magic enjoys being outside, on the go and being around people, no sad day with this boy around!  If you are a sporty person, or someone who enjoys the outside then this chap is your man!  After all that fun and exercise, Magic will quite happily enjoy a long nap, in his bed, surrounded by his toys!

He loves getting into a car for his outings and will settle down quickly, we are working with him on waiting to get out of the car upon arrival as he is so excited he just wants to be outside again!

Magic could be an only dog in the house or he could live with a female greyhound. We are looking for an adult only family at this stage in his training.  This is due to his love of toys and not wanting to share them with his human!  He hasn’t quite worked out that if he would share some he would have more fun! His new family will have to have lots of toys, to overcome this workable issue.

His best skill is knowing his name, where ever he is and whatever he is doing, even playing with his ‘best friends the toys’, Magic will come if you call him, now that is quite an impressive skill to have for a greyhound!

Magic enjoys a good game of football, catch the flying teddy and finding that squeaky toy to destroy it!  He is one of the best footballers that we have had at the kennels!

He is still learning what little dogs are and currently hasn’t made friends with them.  We will support his new family with training tips that work for this lad, Magic loves his food which will help him learn to accept smaller dogs as friends, he also is very responsive and wants to please his human friend.  We will be looking for a family who has time, patience and understanding of the breed that will help them and Magic move on in his training.

We will be continuing his training around other breeds until he is homed.  Not only will he be taken to our weekly training sessions but also to public places so he gets used to seeing a range of other dogs.

Are you looking for an active greyhound or do you enjoy walking in the countryside?  Magic could be the chap for you.  How can you not resist that puppy face and those gorgeous eyes!

Magic would love to find his new family, could it be yours?  Make his day, ask for a viewing and fall in love with him, just like the kennel hands have!

No cats please.
