Sonny Has Been Homed

Sonny has been homed.

He is tall, leggy and very nervous of strangers approaching him. However, with people he has got to know he is playful, cheeky and extremely loving.

Born in July 2008 Sonny is a bouncy boy at heart who likes to give your fingers an affectionate nibble when he’s excited.

Sonny would benefit from his adoptive owner paying a few visits to get to know him before heading home and into an alien environment. Sonny likes to retreat to a safe place if all gets too much for him and he’s viewing his kennel as his safety zone with us. A quiet corner in the home (or possibly a crate) would help Sonny settle in and give him some personal space for times when visitors arrive.

We feel that Sonny would be best with a confident canine companion who could help him adjust to life in a home.

Sonny has met other breeds of dog and given us no cause for concern around them, he could share a home with another canine of any size.

A quiet, adult only home or one with older teenagers is sought for this lad. Sonny has a huge amount of love to give. This is combined with a quirky character. Initially the real Sonny was hidden behind sheer terror, but Sonny has made massive leaps of confidence and is now showing many of us just what a fun boy he is at heart. Do you have the patience to win Sonny over and see him blossom from your patience and kindness?

No cats please.
