Skye is in foster care in Southampton, Hampshire, she arrived in our care on the 1st of May 2026 and she was born on the 1st of September 2023.

This lass is a quiet, calm girl who loves to have cuddles, once she gets to know you.  Skye can be quite quiet when you enter a room and will just lay down ready for her next snooze!  Once she has gained your trust, Skye turns into a friendly girl who at times can be quite bouncy around you, especially at feeding and walking time!

Skye is housetrained, she can jump into a car with ease and settles down straight away.

This small girl has met a range of other dogs, on lead and off and has shown no negative interest towards them.  She has the potential to live with a male greyhound or other male breed of dog as long as careful introductions are carried out first.

Despite being small Skye can be quite strong on the lead when she wants to get somewhere fast!  She loves being out and about with you and enjoys all the walks that she goes on.

Skye is gaining confidence everyday, she still finds walks along the pavements are a little bit strange and those big, fast moving objects are something to be wary of.  We will continue working with Skye on her street walks so she becomes more relaxed with buses and lorries, as they pass her.

This girl could live with children over the age of 12 years, who are calmer and understand the dogs needs.  Skye is unsure of small children and there sudden movements, she will often move herself away from them.  As she grows in confidence we are sure this will change and she will be happy to be around them.

This lass will certainly not be around for long!  Get in contact before she is snapped up!
