Scotty Has Been Homed

Scott

Scotty has been homed.

He is a tall, affectionate, black, castrated male who was born in September 2010. Scotty is very affectionate and loving with those people he has got to know.

Scotty walks nicely on a lead when he wears a Canny Collar. On a normal greyhound collar he can be surprisingly strong and he does need firm handling and correction.

This boy loves squeaky toys, but they are best avoided if children are around as taking them away from Scotty is still a work in progress. He enjoys a game of football.

Scotty would be best suited as a companion to a greyhound bitch and in a home where there is someone around at least half of the day. Scotty is an active boy who does need mental and physical stimulation to be happy. He would also be suitable as an only pet if he had human companionship for most of the day.

Scotty

Scotty has met other breeds of dog and given us no cause for concern around large and medium breeds. He needs further supervised introductions and correction of inappropriate behaviour around smaller breeds at this point. Given time and training we feel that Scotty will learn to accept smaller breeds in due course.

He’d best suit a family with children over 10 years old.

No cats or small fluffies please.
