Melow has been homed – 26.10.26.

Melow is in foster care in Southampton, Hampshire, she arrived in our care on the 2nd of September 2026 and she was born on the 1st of July 2021.

This petit girl is a gentle one, who loves being around her special friends, she will greet you with a waggy tail and a gentle cuddle.

Melow is housetrained and used to living with other greyhounds, she will greet large and medium size dogs in a positive manner.  She needs to continue her training around smaller dogs as she’s currently unsure what they are and needs guidance from her handler when approaching them.   Melow is responsive to training and has already made huge leaps in her training.

This little girl is a real sweetie, she understands the rules of the house.  Melow is quiet at night and also when she is left for a few hours.  You will always get a happy, welcome home from Melow!

This lass loves going out for walks, she may be small but she certainly has some strength, she would certainly pull you up any hill!  If you enjoy the outdoors then this girl is for you!  Melow is a fast learner and listens to her handler who once corrected will walk nicely.  She is currently walking on a Canny lead, which will give you more control over this little girl.  This will of course improve over time, with training.  Melow enjoys her rides in the car, will jump in nicely and settles down once your journey starts.

This cute girl will melt anyone’s heart, she really is a sweetie.  Melow loves her cuddles and will snuggle right in to get closer, don’t stop stroking her as she will ask for more, in such a gentle way.

Melow has shown us her play side, she enjoys a good game of chase with her greyhound friends but equally enjoys playing with soft, fluffy toys too.

She could live with children who are used to being around larger dogs.  Melow could also live with another greyhound or alone if she was only left for a few hours at a time.
