Kale Has Been Homed

Kale has been homed – 16.10.26.

Kale is in foster care in Southampton, Hampshire, she arrived in our care on the 2nd of September 2026 and she was born on the 12th of May 2023.

This lass is a friendly girl who has oodles of character.  She is very ready to find her new home, could it be yours?

During her stay in the home environment she has learnt to be house trained.  She is quiet when left with her other dog friends, enjoys company from the other dogs and can share beds with them.

Kale is learning about the different noises that you hear around the home, some scarier than others, like hoover, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, radio, clocks the list can go on!

This sweet girl loves a corner to curl up in to go to sleep.  Kale loves to see what is going on and to get involved with but equally likes her sleep too!

She LOVES her food and takes treats gentle from your hand,

Kale is a stunner to look at, with her shiny black coat and those floppy ears that have a mind of their own.  This girl is one not to miss!

This little lady LOVES going out for her walks, she can stand still whilst waiting for her lead to be put on and mostly walks nicely on the lead whilst out and about, however if she sees a squirrel or other dogs playing she will want to join in!   Days out in the car, she loves and will be 80% happy to get in, she can be a bit stubborn at times and on those times may need a little bit of persuasion to get in!  Over time we are hoping this will happen less and jumping in on her will be more!

The girl, wants to please her owner, she just loves to be with people but can be quiet and enjoys her own space too.  A good tummy rub is always an added bonus for her!

She has met other breeds of dog and makes friends quite easily with medium size and above, smaller dogs she is still adjusting to and understanding that they are just smaller versions of what she is, more exposure will help with this.  Kale can get excited when they are running around because she would like to join in the fun too!

Kale could live with older children, who are able to follow instruction to remain safe around dogs and understand that her bed is for her to sleep in, away from her human friends.  She could be an only dog or a home that already has a dog living in it too.

She loves her toys, she especially enjoys soft cuddly ones that she can throw into the air and run after, making up her own games as she goes along!  She can share toys with her human and dog friends and if you are really lucky she will bring back the toys so you can throw them again for her.  After all that running around, she will seek out her human friend for a snuggle and a cuddle.

This beauty is going to be a treat for the lucky, chosen family.  Kale is one happy girl who you are going to love, when you meet her!

Give us a call and arrange a viewing, we know you want to!

Kale is a little angel and truly deserves a home of her own.
