Rosa has been homed.

She is an average sized, friendly and affectionate white and black, spayed bitch who was born in August 2007.

Rosa walks very nicely on a lead. She has met other breeds of dog is now responding well around them. She would be suitable as an only pet or as a companion to another dog or bitch of medium size and above.

We feel that Rosa would be fine to live with children aged 7 and over.

Rosa is totally dis-interested in toys currently. We hope to gain her attention and teach her how to enjoy playing before too long.

Rosa has spent a short time in foster care whilst recovering from a leg injury and during this period she proved herself to be a dream house dog. She was able to be left totally alone without problems, she did not toilet inappropriately and she was also no bother at meal times (very unusual in a dog straight from kennels), she was also blissfully quiet at night. Rosa was accepting of a crate as bed, but she also slept well without one and she was sociable and friendly with the other greyhounds in the home.

Rosa needs a little more work in respect of small dogs, but she has the makings of a fantastic family pet.
