Sergeant has been homed – 16.1.21.

Sergeant is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, he arrived with us on the 30th December 2020 and he was born on the 18th June 2018.

He is a gentle, tall, friendly lad, who enjoys having cuddles with his human friends.

Sergeant enjoys going out for his walks, he will trot along next to you, exploring new places with confidence.

He enjoys being outside and on the go, he would love a family who enjoy being outside just as much as he does.  Sergeant can jump in a car with ease, but does try it on that he can’t do it sometimes but then once in settles down, waiting to arrive at an exciting place with you!

The boy enjoys his food and will give you a clean boy at every meal time, Sergeant has a sweet tooth and treats go down very nicely too!  Watch out lad, we still want to see your waist band!

This lad could be an only dog in the house or he could live with another dog, if they were correctly introduced.

At this stage, he is quite happy to watch smaller dogs, he would benefit from some socialisation classes or meeting new people out on walks so he can build up his repertoire of friends – big and small!

A home with older teenagers or an adult only home would be ideal, for the boy.  We would recommend using a crate for him, especially if his new home had children involved, this would give him his own safe place for some much needed sleep after having fun with his new family! He likes to follow you around either for some cuddles or to enjoy some play bowing sessions with you.

Sergeant enjoys playing with you and with his toys, he likes soft fluffy ones, hard, tennis balls and footballs.  You will need to have a few toys if you are playing with him as he is reluctant to share his toys, this is a work in progress but I am sure he will learn fast as he can then have more fun!  Sergeant will carry on playing until he hasn’t got any energy left, then he will carry his favourite one to his bed for some much needed snooze time.
