Trix Has Been Homed

Trix has been homed – 19/11/20.

Trix is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, she arrived with us on the 27th October 2020 and she was born on the 4th October 2017.

She is a small, friendly and inquisitive girl who is looking for her own family.  Trix is full of character, she has bundles of energy and spirit, you certainly won’t have a dull moment with this little minx around!

This girl can really play, she would love some playmates to play with, I wonder who will tire first? She certainly has lots of energy.

Trix enjoys chasing after a thrown toy, but needs some guidance to know what to do with it when it has landed!

This little lady loves to explore the outside with you, any small hole, this girl will have her head in, to see what she can find!  With those puppy eyes you could never get cross with this little one, one dirty face cleaned for the next adventure to start!

She is quite capable of getting in and out of a car, she sometimes forgets this and asks for a lift in, don’t be fooled by this little one!

A quiet space in your home for her to rest in would be perfect for this girl so she can have chill out time away from the busy goings on, in a family home.  She can be quite nosy and forgets what she should be doing – a typical youngster.  A quiet place that she can relax and also eat in would help restore Trix’s energy levels before the next playtime session!

Trix enjoys her walks and can stand nicely, when she decides to, while you put her lead on!  Some lessons on how to walk on a lead need to take place but this is an easy correction to work on.  Watch out for that running wildlife, whilst you are out with her, even if you don’t see it she will and she can become quite strong for such a little girl!

She will need to learn a few manners in her new home, a bit of a counter surfer, a monkey is her second name! We are currently teaching her this is not acceptable behaviour.

Trix could be homed on her own or a companion to a male dog, after careful introductions were carried out and, or to a family where somebody was around for most of the day.  She would be able to live with children over the age of 6 years, although she is small that doesn’t mean she is not fast!  Lots of running around – dashing here, there and everywhere!

She will need a no nonsense owner, this little lass might try to be bossy whilst she is still learning about life!  Trix needs to have routine and rules for her to follow, in this environment she will thrive and you will have the best companion around!

There is nothing that seems to faze this little bundle of energy and each day she is with us she shows the kennel hands another aspect of her character!

No cats please.
