Worzel is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire and has now been homed, 21/1/17.
He is a tall, happy, black, male who was born in July 2011.
Worzel walks nicely on a lead and enjoys going out to meet new people, he always has a happy tail. He will jump with ease into the car and settles down quickly ready for the off.
This boy loves his toys, he enjoys chasing after cuddly ones, balls of all sizes and squeaky toys. Worzel has not learnt yet what to do when the toy stops moving but we are sure in time he will learn to pick them up and throw them about again. He has however learnt to pick up cuddly toys, taking them to bed to have a sneaky cuddle with them! Worzel is very gentle with his toys and will allow you to take them from him.
He would be best suited as an only dog or with a female dog of medium size upwards. Worzel needs some training around smaller dogs before he will accept them as friends. He does respond very well to correction and we are hopefully he will learn acceptable behaviour fairly quickly. He would be fine to be left for a few hours at a time. He enjoys his cuddles and will often lean into you for a fuss.
Worzel would be best suited with a family with teenagers or an adult only home.
No cats or small fluffies please.
