Milton is in foster care in Southampton, Hampshire, he arrived in our care on the 18th September 2023 and he was born on the 5th of February 2020.

He is a confident, very friendly, inquisitive boy who likes to be on the go.  He also enjoys giving his human friends lots of kisses.  No dull day with this boy around!

This lad is now housetrained, enjoys his nice, comfy bed and can be quite lazy especially about getting up in the mornings!

Milton understands the rules and routines of the house and follows them well.  This cheeky lad enjoys any time that he can sneak away into the kitchen, without you.  If it goes quiet, you will probably find him having a sniff in there, perhaps with his feet on the work surface!  This chap will keep you on your toes but those eyes you just won’t be able to resist and any mess will be quickly forgotten about!  He really is such a sweet boy.

Milton loves his outings, travels well and can easily get in and out of the car by himself.  He can walk nicely on a lead but when triggered he can become quite strong.  Milton is used to wearing a Canny Collar which can take away his strength where needed.

He likes to help with separating the recycling and you may find a plastic bottle or small cardboard box in his bed!

Milton enjoys having cuddles with his human friends and will lean right into you, he especially enjoys being brushed!

This lad loves to be on the go, are you an active family who love the outdoors?  If so this is definitely the greyhound for you!

Milton enjoys chasing after a thrown toy but is very particular which toys he will pick up and run around with!  He loves squeaky, tennis balls and fluffy toys, if you are missing anything that is fluffy you might find it in Milton’s bed!

This cheeky chap loves playing in the sand pit, he will dig for ages, then spin round and race around, chasing his friends and then back into the sand pit for a bit more digging before he decides it is time out and he needs a quick snooze!  He really is a delight to watch.

This lad would be fine as an only pet or as a companion to a laid back female in a home with children over the age of 8 years and he’d be fine to be left unattended for a few hours.

Milton has met a range of dogs out on walks, he can get quite excited when he sees dogs playing and whizzing around.  He needs lots more opportunities to see other dogs from a distance and up close before he is going to accept them as friends, especially the smaller ones.  Milton will listen to his handler and has become a lot calmer when he sees other dogs on his walks, he will walk pass them positively on a slack lead which is a real achievement.

This stunning looking boy would fit into any active, family households who are keen walkers/enjoy outside sports or just love visiting new places.  Milton would just like his own family to call his own.

Milton is such an adorable lad.  Go on give the adoption line a call and find out more about this lovely lad.
