Welcome Romeo, Doyle and Yoda.

Another busy week at the kennels, we have welcomed three new greyhounds in and we have said a farewell to Mr T.

Mr T was one of our first greyhounds to enter our centre back in February so we are very happy he has now found his special home.

Homing Dates:

Due to the excitement of the upcoming seasonal festivities please note that the last homing date for any families with children will be Sunday 3rd December 2017. Normal homing will resume on Sunday 1st January 2018. There may be an adoption or two, for exceptionally quiet homes without children, but each case will be judged purely with the best interest of the dog at the forefront of our minds. Viewings and reservations will still continue through this busy time of year.

Amazon Wish List:

Greyhound Lifeline has created its very own wish list, we have put together all the things that we use within the kennels to keep our greyhounds fit, healthy and enjoying life!  If you would like to buy the greyhounds a Christmas present please visit our list.

A Poem Written By The Boys.

I may be a boy,
I may be larger than my fellow kennel mates,
I may not be perfect,
I may not be blue, white, fawn or brindle,
BUT…..
I know how to lean and give you those big puppy eyes,
I love to please you,
I’m trying my very best,
I can still have fun and lots of it!
I’m being very patient waiting and waiting,
All I want is my own family.

Have you thought about giving one of our male greyhounds a home?  Please have a look at our Greyhounds Needing a Home page and see which greyhound is for you.
