Bodger has been homed.
He is a giant sized, mostly confident, but friendly, black, castrated male who was born in August 2007. Bodger is a character, sometimes shy, but basically a big softy who loves a fuss.
Bodger walks nicely on a lead, although he is powerful if his chase instinct is triggered.
He has met other breeds of dog and given no cause for concern around them.
He would be suitable as an only pet or as a companion to another canine of medium size and above.
No cats please.
Bodger would suit children over 7 years.
We picked up Bodger this morning and after an uneventful trip home he has settled well. He has chosen a corner in the living room which he seems to like and we have moved his bed there and he is sleeping on it now, He has eaten a good meal of his usual biscuits with some ****. Had a walk, done his business and has settled back on his bed. He’s so quiet and adorable. He’s had a good explore of his surroundings and seems to approve. I would like to voice my great appreciation for all the team at Greyhound Lifeline. Their support and advice was practical and extremely helpful. Fingers crossed for a peaceful night.
