Sheen Has Been Homed

Sheen has been homed – 9.10.21

Sheen is in kennels near Fleet, Hampshire, he arrived with us on the 14th August 2021 and he was born on the 9th June 2019.

Look at those fantastic ears, just amazing!

He is a friendly, happy chap, once he has got to know you and after this he enjoys play bowing and talking to you!  Sheen is certainly a chatty boy!

This lad enjoys speaking to you and expects you to talk back to him!  When happy he will speak to you this could be first thing in the morning – saying ‘hello’ or when he is playing with you, Sheen is a funny but loveable boy.

Sheen is a young lad who has a lot to learn about the ‘outside world’.  He can be a little shy with new people but once he has sussed out, he can have even more fun and even be your best buddy!

He currently is exploring what toys are, he’s inquisitive when one is thrown – not knowing if to chase it or just watch!

Soft cuddly ones he will sometimes pick up but what he enjoys the most is running around at lightning speed and then running to you for a game of ‘chase me’ or ‘lets play bow at each other’.

After all the excitement he will seek out his trusted, human companion for some cuddle time.

He enjoys his walks and can walk very nicely on the lead, Sheen can also easily jump into a car for his outings.

Sheen has met a range of other breeds of dog, he is curious, exploring them through he’s sniffs but is quite happy to say hello or walk passed them, depending on the situation.

He would be best suited to a home with children over 12 years whilst he develops his confidence and therefore doesn’t get easily scared of strange noises.  In time Sheen could live with younger children once he’s confidence has fully developed.  He could also be an only dog or be a companion to another greyhound or other breed of dog with careful introductions.

Yard fun with two of his friends.

Sheen is a boy who loves his food so watch out in the kitchen, put away those tasty treats!  As he’s character grows more of his personality is showing and what a lovely dog he is becoming!  This is one dog you do not want to miss.
