Titch Has Been Homed

Titch

Titch has been homed.

She was born in August 2012.

She is a small, friendly, gentle, black, female who is only 23kg!  Titch is quite young and loves cuddles, so much so that she will try and sit in your lap to have one!  She is a gentle girl who just loves to have a fuss, rolling on the floor with legs up in the air to have a tummy rub!

Titch loves to play and will chase after you, she is learning how much fun she can have with toys.  She also loves to play with her kennel mate by chasing him around the yard.

She enjoys her walks and will stand nicely while you put her lead on, she walks nicely next to you on her walk, enjoying all that she sees.

Little Titch even knows how to sit and will sit quite happily if you stop for a rest.

She will need to learn a few manners in her new home, a bit of a counter surfer!  We are currently teaching her this is not acceptable behaviour.  Titch can manage stairs very successfully as well as laminated and tiled floorings.

Being young Titch would be best suited as a companion to a male greyhound and, or to a family where somebody was around for most of the day.  She would be able to live with teenagers or in an adult only home.  Titch can be a little scared in new environments and will need time and a quieter home to get used to all of those household sounds.

Titch

Titch has been tested with other dogs and is quite fearful of them, she will need a confident owner who does not react to Titch’s fearful behaviour around them.  This will help Titch to make friends with them.
