Looking for that perfect Christmas present?

We have lots of craft items that you won’t be able to resist. Mulled wine and mince pies too.

Entrance to the event is free but donations are very welcome.  Please bring cash to spend on all those lovely craft items for sale. (We can only take cash or cheques, we DO NOT have card machines).

Pre-book your place now so you don’t miss out on coming along.  Tickets will sell fast.

To book your tickets, please email [email protected], please state how many tickets you require, the names of the people, contact number and if you or your group have any allergies.  We will confirm your places by email or phone.  If you have any questions relating to this event please either email – [email protected] or phone 07769348310.

Christmas Homing Dates:

Please note that the last adoption day prior to Christmas will be Monday 6th December 2021. Normal homing’s will re-start on 1st January 2022.

Only in exceptional cases and in homes where there are no children resident will we consider relaxing this policy. The forthcoming holiday period can be a very stressful time for people and as such it is not generally a good time to bring a new dog into the home.

This decision has been made with the welfare of our greyhounds at the forefront of our minds. We hope that you understand our decision.

Street Collections:

October has been a very busy month for us all, we have had two more street collections which were very well attended, by collectors and our supporters.

Morrisons Collection

We raised at Morrisons (Fleet) – £267.46 and in Farnham £432.91.  Thank you to everyone who came along and those that donated so generously too.

Farnham Collection.

We still have one more collections for this year –

  • Saturday 4th December – Farnborough

If you would like to help at one or more collections, please get in contact by either emailing [email protected] or phoning 07769348310.

Each collection is split into shifts, this ensures our two, three and four legged volunteers stay awake and nobody gets too cold!  All collectors can have as many greyhound cuddles as they wish!

We are recruiting new volunteers, to help at these events, please get in contact if you would like to get involved.

Kennel Opening Hours:

Please note we are still working on limited staffing and all appointments need to be booked in.  Do not turn up without an appointment as you will be turned away. We are working in this way to protect everyone and to keep our centre open and remain a lifeline for the greyhounds needing to come in.

All appointments will be given a specific date and time to come along, this is for all viewings, homings and purchasing goods for our shop.  Please try to keep to your given time so we can run as smoothly as possible.  If you get stuck in traffic trying to reach us, if possible, please give us a call so we know, this way we might be able to rearrange appointments so you do not have to wait too long when you reach us.

Our current way of working will continue through the Christmas period.

Pre-arranged Appointments:

Upon arrival, visitors will be met at our gate or car/park and escorted onto our premises.  We are asking all visitors to bring and use a mask whilst they visit us, hand sanitzer will be available, before entering.  We have lots of new items in our shop so make an appointment and come along to see us.  You will be very welcome!

In order to visit us please make an appointment by phoning 07769348310 or emailing in.  We cannot let you inside if you do not have a pre-arranged appointment.

Homings and Home Visits:

Once you have homed a greyhound from us, our care to them and you doesn’t stop.  We will carry on supporting through phone calls or other means that we have agreed with you.  We are asking all our adopters to please contact us if they have any concerns or questions about their new pet, before it becomes a huge problem.  We really don’t mind what the question is or even if it seems like a daft one, we are here to help.

Please take time to think before adopting, at how you would cope with a range of situations and to ensure that dog/greyhound ownership is right for you and your family.  We are here to help so if you have any questions or just want to talk to us please pick up the phone and call us.
